These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the online sale of books and other products available on Libelilo.com shop (the “Website”), owned and operated by Libelilo, a subsidiary of Pingida LLC  (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order on our Website, the customer you agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions without reservation.

2. Products and Availability

All products displayed on the Website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without prior notice. Product descriptions and prices are provided as accurately as possible; however, errors or inaccuracies may occur.

3. Pricing and Payment
• Prices are listed in € or USD, inclusive of applicable VAT (if applicable).
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
• Payments must be made at the time of order via the payment methods accepted on the Website.
• We use secure payment processing services, and we do not store any payment details.
• We ship the products as soon as the payment is secured.

4. Order Confirmation and Processing
• Upon completing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with order details.
• Orders are processed within 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of payment issues, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms.

5. Shipping and Delivery
• We deliver worldwide (except where restrictions apply).
• Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and destination.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, or books cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal or animal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
• Books and Digital Products: Due to their nature, books and digital items (eBooks, PDFs, audiobooks) are non-refundable unless defective.
• Physical Products: You may return unused products in their original condition within 7 days of receipt. Shipping costs for returns are at your expense unless the product is defective.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, ans the content of the books, the courses and all our audio and video material is the property of P3gaHealth and is protected by intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages resulting from the use of our products. Any claims related to product defects or non-conformity must be reported within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Data Protection and Privacy

Your personal data is collected for order processing and customer service purposes in compliance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your information with third parties except as required for order fulfillment.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support [at] Libelilo.com. You can send it when approved.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
